FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes dispersion and blending of initial raw material with reactant. Additionally in the capacity of reagent there are used carbonates of alkaline metals. Then it is introduced granulating of stock up to dimension of granules in the range 11-15 mm and thermal treatment of stock by method of self-propagating self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SPHTS). Additionally it is continuously fed into reaction chamber of SPHTS-reactor of continuous burning. Opening device of crude ore and concentrates for extracted valuable components contains mixer-disperser of initial raw material and reagent, SPHTS-reactor of continuous burning for thermal treatment of charge by method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SPHTS). Additionally between mixer-disperser and SPHTS-reactor it is installed granulator connected to it devices of charge continuous feed and movement of reaction product. SPHTS-reactor contains casing with reaction chamber and lighter. Also it is outfitted by charge continuous feed device and reaction product continuous unloading, screw installed lengthwise axis of casing and implemented with regulated velocity of rotation. Additionally reaction chamber is implemented as cylindrical and is located vertically.
EFFECT: ability of implementation of process in continuous mode.
