FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the SHS powder refractory products manufacturing. Line contains the SHS charge preparation device by means of the reagents mixing, rolling mill for the shaped billet manufacturing in the form of the SHS batch strip, reactor for the SHS performance in the SHS charge strip with the igniting device and obtained in the reactor SHS refractory products strip grinding device. Reactor for the SHS performance in the SHS charge strip is made with possibility of the strip movement inside it and in the form of rectangular open from the two opposite ends two-walled container, which outer walls form the body and are provided with the nozzle for the flowing gaseous refrigerant supply to the reactor in front to the combustion front propagation, and the inner walls are made perforated and form the reaction cup. Igniting device is equipped with the flame sensor and is placed at the SHS conducting reactor entrance with provision of the SHS charge strip continuous burning. SHS refractory products strip grinding device is made in the form of roller grinding mill with at least two rollers.
