FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention packer includes hollow casing with two at least radial openings. On casing there are located sealing element and differential bushing-pusher with one at least internal annular groove. The latter is fixed on external surface of casing at least one shear element and forms with casing, at least two closed annular chambers. Additionally packer allows ability of fluid communication of casing cavity at first with closed annular space through one radial opening and passing of effort to sealing element through one part of cross section of differential bushing-pusher and then - ability of communication with other closed annular chamber through internal annular groove and other radial opening and passing of additional effort to sealing element through the other part of cross section of differential bushing-pusher.

EFFECT: increasing of sealing property of packer ensured by ability of sequential transfer of additional efforts for sealing element of packer and increasing of degree of deformation.
