SUBSTANCE: for any repeated transfer, bits with designation of transport block size may be converted to dedicated bits for designation of the used RV, since it is referred to circular buffering. A field of a stable bit for designation of new data transfer (for instance, designation of new data (NDT)), accordingly, is represented also from the point of view of UE, and it is possible to define how to interpret the field with the transport block size.

EFFECT: solving problems related to increased number of service channels and higher flexibility.
