FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in neurology and in restorative medicine. The method involves combined therapeutic exercises, including the 1st exercise made lying flat on back, arms in line with the trunk, unbent feet, gradual flexion of right fingers within 5 seconds, then gradual extension within 5 seconds, repeated 10 times; the 2nd exercise made lying flat on back, arms in line with the trunk unbent feet, gradual flexion of left fingers within 5 seconds, then gradual extension within 5 seconds, repeated 10 times; the 3rd exercise made lying flat on back, arms in line with the trunk, unbent feet, gradual flexion of right toes within 5 seconds, then gradual extension within 5 seconds, repeated 10 times; the 4th exercise made lying flat on back, arms in line with the trunk, unbent feet, gradual flexion of left toes within 5 seconds, then gradual extension within 5 seconds, repeated 10 times. The exercises are made in the same time, 4 times a day, in regular intervals. On the first day, the exercises are repeated 10 times. On the second day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 12 times. On the third day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 14 times. On the fourth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 16 times. On the fifth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 18 times. On the sixth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 20 times. On the seventh day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 22 times. On the eighth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 24 times. On the ninth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 26 times. On the tenth day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 28 times. On the eleventh day, number of repetitions is increased by 2 with bringing to 30 times. The first stage of the therapeutic complex involves 11 days, on the 12th day the complex is repeated starting from 10 times with gradual increase by 2 times for the next day to 30 times, and so on in stages 10 to 30 times. Thus the whole therapeutic complex is carried out within 3 months.
EFFECT: application of said invention allows developing the therapeutic complex for muscle tone rehabilitation in the patients with vertebragenous pathology.
