FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes for loading of material into working chamber, action of working medium and its damage. Working medium used is helium gas with high coefficient of diffusion. Gas is supplied into chamber under pressure of around 5-250 atm., maintained until complete saturation of all pores in mechanical rubber goods at least surface ones. Then gas pressure is sharply reduced in working chamber. Remains of helium are pumped into available additional balloons. Afterwards inhibitor gas is supplied in working chamber. After working fluid has been pumped out, it is cleaned and supplied for reuse. Besides, pressure of working fluid in chamber and time of maintenance is correlated with thickness of mechanical rubber goods. The more the thickness of items is, the higher is the pressure of working fluid and the more is the time of maintenance. Device comprises chamber with loading and unloading units and pipeline for discharge of working fluid. Working chamber is arranged as tight and compression. Device is additionally equipped with instrumentation, compression pump, balloons of working helium gas and inhibitor gas. Device is also equipped with separate balloons for collection of helium with pressure below atmospheric and atmospheric one, joined by pipelines with valves with balloon of working gas. All balloons are connected by pipelines by means of valves to working chamber. In balloons with helium and inhibitor working pressure is created within the limits from 5 to 250 atm.
EFFECT: inventions provide for high efficiency of grinding process of mechanical rubber goods with various thickness, increased efficiency, reduction of power inputs, reduced extent of environment pollution and possibility to reuse recycling products.
