FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of road construction and construction materials, specifically to a method for fine crumbling rubber crumbs to obtain highly dispersed partially devulcanized-destructed rubber powder. Rubber crumb is subjected to mechanical treatment by means of friction action on it during movement by roller with provision of uniform supply of crumbled rubber crumbs along whole length of roll. Additionally, n shaped profiled fixed plates are inserted with length not less than length of roll, each of which forms roll-plate with roll n of friction pairs, at that, for i-th friction pair roll – plate, where i = 1, 2 …, n, individually setting the gap Δ_i between the roller and the i-th shaped plate of not more than 0.1 mm, and the i-th shaped plate is made individually with a width of the working surface of not less than 5.0 mm. Diameter of the working surface curvature of the i-th profiled plate D_pi is selected according to the condition D_pi=D_r+2Δi, where D_r – the outer diameter of the roll. Continuous single passage of crushed rubber crumbs is performed successively through n friction pairs of roll-plate starting from the first friction pair of roll-plate. Obtained rubber reclaim is stored.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the speed of grinding rubber crumb and improving the quality of the obtained rubber powder.
