SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to isopropyl ester of (S)-2-{[(2R, 3R, 4R, 5R)-5-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)-4-fluoro-3-hydroxy-4-methyl-tetrahydrofuran-2-ylmethoxy]-phenoxy-phosphorylamino}-propionic acid and its stereoisomer, which can be used to treat viral infections in mammals, a method for its preparation, compositions based thereon and its use in treatment of viral diseases.
