FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in arrangement of cone inside aperture with gap between internal surface of aperture and cone base, in setting burner off-centre relative to cone axis from side of its top and in arranging nozzle of pneumatic facility parallel to burner axis on side opposite to cone top. Further, surface of the aperture is abrasively treated by means of supply of abrasive powder in a jet of gas through the pneumatic facility; coating is successively applied by means of the burner, which directs jets of heated particles of sputtered material on the cone; also a jet of gas is concentric in the jet of heated particles. The procedure for application of coating is performed simultaneously with supply of metallic shot into the nozzle of the pneumatic facility. The cone is transferred along treated surface together with the burner and nozzle of the pneumatic facility, while the treated item and cone are rotated in opposite directions during abrasive treatment of surface and application of coating.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and upgraded quality of applied coating.
