FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of applying coating of nano-layers for protection of turbo-machine blades out of aluminium alloys. The procedure of applying erosion-resistant coating of nano-layers on turbo-machine blades out of titanium alloys consists in vacuum-plasma precipitation of metallic under-layer and nano-layers out of nitrides, carbides and/or aluminium carbonitrides or out of compounds of titanium, zirconium and aluminium with nitrogen and/or carbon. Ionic-implantation treatment is performed upon precipitation of under-layer and each nan-layer. Nano-layers are formed with rotation of blades around their proper axles and relatively successive arranged cathodes. Ionic-implantation treatment is carried out with ionic-implantation facilities installed between cathodes.
EFFECT: production of coating facilitating protection of turbo-machines blades from salt and gas corrosion, gas-abrasive and drop-impact erosion at simultaneous raise of their resistance and cyclic operation life.
