FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: parts are placed in a vacuum chamber of the setup; required vacuum is created; ion cleaning and ion-implantation treatment of the part parent material surface is performed with further application to it of the specified number of pairs of layers in the form of titanium layer and layer of titanium compounds with metals and nitrogen. Besides, ion cleaning is performed with argon ions at the energy of 8 to 10 keV, current density of 130 mcA/cm2 to 160 mcA/cm2 during 0.3 to 1.0 hour; then, ion implantation with nitrogen ions is performed at energy of 25 to 30 keV, with a dose of 1.6·1017 cm-2 to 5-1017 cm-2, at the dose rate of 0.7·1015 s-1 to 1·1015 s-1. Titanium layer in the above pair of layers is applied with thickness of 50 to 60 nm, and layer of titanium compounds with metals and nitrogen in the above pair of layers - with thickness of 300 to 400 nm; at that, at formation of layer of titanium compounds with metals and nitrogen there used are titanium compounds with metals chosen from Al, Mo, Zr, V, Si, or their combinations. After each pair of layers is applied, implantation with nitrogen ions is performed with energy of 5 to 10 keV during 2 to 5 minutes.
EFFECT: providing protection of moving blade body of compressor and turbine from titanium alloy against erosion destruction at simultaneous increase in endurance and cyclic durability.
