FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of ion-plasma nanolayer coating production on turbomachine blades from titanium alloys and may be used in aircraft engine-building and power turbine construction. Method includes ion-implantation treatment of surface in the main material of blade. A layer of metal with thickness from 10 nm to 30 nm is applied onto blade surface after specified treatment. Then implantation treatment of this layer is carried out with ions of other metal and non-metal materials to produce a solid layer embedded into surface with thickness from 1 nm to 9 nm. Then alternating application of metal layers is carried out with thickness from 10 to 30 nm with further implantation of ions to the depth from 1 nm to 9 nm after each application of metal layer. Metal used is represented by Ti, Zr, Hf, Cr, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Al, La, Eu or their compounds, and as implanted ions of other metal and nonmetal materials - Cr, Y, Yb, C, B, Zr, N, La, Ti or their combination, provided that metals applied as a layer and metals implanted into this layer differ.

EFFECT: improved resistance of coating to erosion damage with simultaneous increase of endurance and cyclic durability.
