FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to corrosion measurements and can be used for diagnostics of insulating coatings of piping systems and other underground metal constructions. There are at least two ion-exchange membranes in non-polarisable comparison electrode containing dielectric housing with the coupling having the bottom with perforations, potential sensor mounted on coupling; coal-fibre sorbing agent "Busofit" coated with deposited copper is placed in the housing; the latter is filled with electrolyte from saturated solution of copper sulphate in mixture of water and ethylene glycol.
EFFECT: improving accuracy when determining phase parametres of measuring signal.
