FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be applied in treatment of vast capillary- cavernous, cavernous hemangiomas, vascular displasias. By means of double-edged needle with resorbable continuous thread, fixed on its middle, hemangioma tissues are sewn under skin surface with two concentric sutures, without bringing needle outside completely after each step. Needle is turned on condition of following sticking in subcutaneously with opposite end. Last sticking out of needle is performed in place of first needle sticking in. Sutures are tightened. Wound is sewn with 1-2 knot sutures. In order to create fixation, first sticking in is performed into the nearest periosteum or fascia.
EFFECT: invention ensures long blood circulation disturbance due to stable constriction of pathologic vessels and tissues with thread resorption during 3-6 months; absence of drawn-in scars on skin due to subcutaneous turn of needle; absence of contact of thread with environment, which allows to leave it until resorption.
