FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: 4.0-5.0 mm away from the edge of the minimum distance between the edges of healthy lymphangioma tissue, a linear microcut is performed on the skin, the periosteum or fascia in the lymphangioma is punctured with a double-edged, curved stitching needle T-3/8 with a resorbable thread fixed in the center of the needle, one end of the thread is fixed in the microcut and the tumour is sewn with an increment of stitches and distances between sutures of 2.0-3.0 mm, without removing the needle outward, the immersed needle after performing each suture on the opposite edge under the skin is directed into soft tissues to the position of the needle end closest to the lymphangioma at a distance of 2.0-3.0 mm, this end is palpatorially displaced for the next suture and the next suture is sequentially performed until the tumour is fully sutured, the needle with the thread is passed in a point diametrically distant from the microcut in the healthy tissue, returned subcutaneously into the microcut through the formation and through the periosteum or fascia, occlusion is performed carefully and dosed, by tightening the threads the lymphangioma is compressed until ischemia is achieved.
EFFECT: reduced risk of infection, gross cicatricial deformities.
