FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparing and packing all endodontic tooth cavity. Device contains at least one endocanal operating tool, which is connected with driving grasping head. Head is brought into motion by any known methods. Endocanal tool consists of base. Base is brought into motion by driving head around support axis (A), which thin operating part leaves in free way. Elastically deformed and flexible axis of operating part is displaced parallel relative to main support axis (A), but is near it, generating mainly cylindrical theoretic volume of rotation (V₁) in case of unimpeded rotation. Elastically deformed and flexible axis of operating part adapts to processed cavity with volume (V₂), when it is limited by given plane with more narrow section than tool theoretical volume of rotation (V₁). Free end of flexible operating part is kept in support zone (P), which can be zone of apical covering located inside processed cavity.

EFFECT: realisation of endodontic processing with higher efficiency, higher easiness and lower means application.
