SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel indole derivatives of formula I: , where: R1 is H, C1-7alkyl; R2 and R3 independently represent H, C1-7alkyl; R4 and R5 independently represent H, C1-7alkyl, and one of R6, R7, R8 and R9 independently represents , where: X is O, NR13, (CH2)PNR13CO and (CH2)PCONR13; R13 is H, C1-7alkyl; R10 is C1-7alkyl; R11 is H, C1-7alkyl; R12 is phenyl optionally mono- or multiple-substituted with CF3, lower alkoxy group, lower alkyl, lower fluoroalkyl, lower fluoroalkoxy group, m, o, p equals 0, 1, 2; n equals 0, 1, 2, 3 and the sum of m, n and o ranges from 1 to 5; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
EFFECT: formula I compounds have bonding activity with PPAR receptor.
