FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mining and construction, in particular to method for manufacturing of rotary cutting tool body, which is a component of earthwork machine. Method for manufacturing of cutting tool body includes provision of stock material, having axial front end, and simultaneous arrangement of seat by cold stamping in axial front end of stock material and stripper groove in back axial location of seat.
EFFECT: increased strength of cutting tool body without mechanical treatment to reduce amount of raw materials required to manufacture rotary cutting tool.
