FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used in band-shoe brakes of draw works. A system of cooling devices of the band-shoe brake consists of hollow cavities of a pulley filled with heat carrier and arranged between its apertures. Sides of the hollow cavities are connected by means of radial rectangular heat conducting plates spreading in a body of friction elements transient into cylinder ones and enveloping external surface of a cylinder heat pipe in its middle part. Cylinder heat pipes are filled with heat carrier and sealed with a head from above, and with a cylinder insertion from beneath. Caps of cylinder heat pipes are zones of evaporation in systems of cooling devices in external friction pairs, and in external friction pairs cylinder insertions of heat pipes are zones of evaporation; cylinder-rectangular plates is a zone of transport from the cylinder pipes; hollow cavities of the pulley is a zone of condensation.
EFFECT: facilitating simultaneous reduction of heat load of external and internal friction pairs of brake for improving its operational parametres.
