FIELD: measurement technique.
SUBSTANCE: using: for detection of underground radiation phenomena. Device for detection of underground radiation phenomena contains supporting element made with possibility to mount it in well bore passing through underground formation, and the mentioned supporting element has hollow located along its longitudinal axis; pressure-pad connected with supporting element, herewith pressure-pad has surface the shape of which corresponds to adherence to hollow in the mentioned supporting element, herewith pressure-pad is made able to move into the hollow and out of it in such a way that open surface of pressure-pad can pass from carrying element; at least one radiation detector located in pressure-pad having shielding material on its sides close to open surface to prevent passing of radiation reflected from the hollow, at least to one detector from zone close to open surface.
EFFECT: simplification of crystallographic texture determination technique.
