FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering and may be used in controlled transfer of electric energy to load. Pulse transformer (100) comprises uncut core (110) and at least one uncut core (110) and at least one foil winding (120-A, 120-B), comprising (each) several insulated conducting strips arranged around core and ending with terminals to provide several independent primary windings. In process of foil winding (windings) manufacturing, due to easiness of its (their) installation on core, there is no need to cut it. Work on installation of several primary windings considerably reduces. Apart from absence of costs for core cutting there are another additional advantages achieved - reduction of return DC and risk of short circuits and elimination of excessive losses due to problems related to resistance to high frequency AC.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing.
