FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite membranes with secured carriers and can be used in petrochemical industry to separate carbon dioxide from gas flows. Proposed membrane comprises polymer substrate coated with cross-linked polyvinyl amine, wherein cross-linked element represents fluorine-containing compound. Substrate represents flat sheet or fiber. Substrate polymer, for example PSU, has nominally intercept molecular weight approximating to 10000, or about 15000, or, for example 20000, that is smaller, than that of polyvinyl amine. Proposed method comprises producing polyvinyl amine with molecular weight exceeding 30000, applying onto substrate and cross-linking polyvinyl amine with fluorine-containing compound.
EFFECT: membrane allowing efficient separation of carbon dioxide from gas flows.
