FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane technologies. Method of producing nanoporous membranes for separating condensed components from gas mixtures, comprising modifying the inner surface of walls of pores of the membrane by chemical immobilisation of surfactants, including alkoxyalkylsilane or phosphonic anchor groups participating in chemical bonding with surface groups of membrane pore walls, and a functional part determining selective transport of condensed components of gas mixture, wherein thickness of modifier layer is not less than 10 % of average radius of pores.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of selectivity of transport of condensed components of gas mixtures with respect to constant gases.
