FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to concentrating fine ingrained mixed magnetite-martite-hematite-hetite containing iron ore and can be implemented in mining and metallurgical industry. The procedure for production of collective concentrate out of mixed fine ingrained iron ore consists in crumbling source ore, in hydraulic classification with obtaining drained and sand product, in magnet separation and in gravitation concentration. Crumbled to (-2.0)÷(-0.16) mm and classified ore is subject to main and cleaner operations of gravitational concentration in hydro-cyclones with cone angle 30° producing collective magnetite-martite-hematite-hetite concentrate and slime. Tails of main gravitation concentration are subject to hydraulic classification; sands of which are united with tails of gravitation cleaning; further they are classified on a screen with dimension of grain 0.1 mm. Through product is subject to wet magnet separation, whereupon magnet fraction is extracted and united with collective concentrate of gravitation concentration. Drainage of hydraulic classification, top size screen product and non-magnet fraction of magnet separation is directed to waste pile. Pulp is supplied to the hydro-cyclone with contents of solid within limits 34-7 % under pressure 0.5-0.7 kg/cm2 while maintaining ratio of solid in source pulp to contents of solid in drainage of the hydro-cyclone within 1.47-1.32.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of collective concentrate production and upgraded quality.
