FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and may be used for gourds fruit processing. The machine consist of frame, feeding tray, basic roller, needle roller, clamping roller, a milling drum, the conveyor for the cleared pieces and the conveyor for the separate bark. The milling drum is placed in the machine's frame by means of the holder and four-element parallelogram mechanism that provides the constant corner of cutting. The milling drum leans against a fruit piece by an adjustable copying wheel. Rotation axes of basic roller, needle roller, clamping roller, a milling drum and adjustable copying wheel are executed in parallel. Surfaces of basic and clamping rollers are executed by rubber, surface of needle roller is executed by rubber and needle. The basic roller and clamping roller rotating towards each other are connected by synchronising transfer, and have the individual electric drive. The needle roller and the milling drum provided with individual electric drives, electrically connected to an industrial network by means of frequency converters for stepless changes of angular speeds of power shafts rotate toward a piece of fruit.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing quality of removal of the bark from gourds fruits.
