FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accessories that help patients or people with disabilities to walk. Device includes seat, on which the user sits, and prosthetic strips. Each of strips is connected to seat surface facing down so that it may move freely in forward and backward direction. Connection is adapted so that point of prosthetic strips forward and backward motion support is located under the seat. Seat is provided with an arched guide slot, which is longitudinal in forward/backward direction and has centre of curvature over seat, so that each of prosthetic strips moves along guide slot in forward/backward direction. If prosthetic strips may also freely move in side direction, it is preferable that point of support of prosthetic strips aside is also located over seat.

EFFECT: invention provides compact and easy-to-use device that facilitates walking and improves stability of seat.
