FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the device designed to erase data from optic and magneto-optic disks. Proposed device comprises connector, control unit and data eraser unit actuator. Said actuator comprises: mechanism case, data erasion motor, disk feed motor, two disk feed pickups, temperature pickup, destroyed disk hopper, planetary reduction gear, lad screw, tool holder with cutting tool, table to support disk in its destruction, pusher, feeder, table feed lever, waste take up device, disk feed lever, link, cover, stem and two pairs of bearings.
EFFECT: automated data erasion on several disks, higher reliability and speed.
