SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized boring machines for the restoration or repair of products. The machine contains a cylindrical housing, inside which a worm gear is placed, including a drive shaft mounted on bearings, with a worm wheel attached to it, connected by a gear drive to a worm shaft mounted in a prismatic housing fixed to the outer surface of the cylindrical machine body. At the ends of the drive shaft, two drilling rods are cantilevered, each of which is equipped with a spacer, an automatic longitudinal feed unit, is made in the form of a pipe with a longitudinal groove, inside which a lead screw is mounted on a nut, equipped with a manual feed flywheel. A tool holder with the possibility of fixing a cutter in it, made in the form of a sleeve with a threaded core and internal transverse ribs combined with the longitudinal groove of the pipe, is screwed onto the lead screw of each of the drilling rods. A servo drive is mounted on the prismatic housing, the drive shaft of which is connected to the worm shaft. The power output of the machine control unit based on a microcontroller is connected to the servo drive, and the outputs of the end sensors mounted on the ends of the cylindrical housing and spacers are connected to its measuring inputs.

EFFECT: boring of the neck of the frame and the inserts of the motor-axial bearings of traction electric motors is provided.
