FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for reconditioning and hardening glands and bearings of "НШ-К"-type gear pumps. Proposed method comprises build-up welding in atmosphere of protective gases, machining, hardening by micro-arc oxidising in alkaline electrolyte and dipping of hardening coat. Dipping of hardening coat is performed in vacuum bi the mix of hydraulic oil "АМГ"-10 with kinematic viscosity of 1.3·10-5 m2/s or transformer oil T-1500"У" with kinematic viscosity of 1.1…1.3·10-5 m2/s, with 8…10% of graphite. Note here that rarefaction makes 0.1 MPa and micro-arc oxidation (MAO) is performed in electrolyte containing 2 g/l of potassium hydroxide and 18…20 g/l of sodium fluid glass at current density of 30 A/dm2 and electrolyte temperature of 35…40°C.

EFFECT: 30…50%-increase in bulk porosity of formed hardening coat MAO and 15…25%-increase in oil capacity.
