SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for strapping folding money. Proposed device comprises power supply, strap storage to receive straps and printer. Printer is designed to print data about bankroll on strap fed from aforesaid storage. Device comprises folding money strapping unit and memory unit. Said memory keeps various data about bankroll strap and folding money strapping. It comprises also controller to exercise control over power supply, printer, strapping unit and memory unit along with all components required for printing data about bankroll on strap and strapping unit. System of folding money strapping comprises safety card with identification tag, data on operator including those about printing-strapping operator and on operator authentification, and strapping device with printing module. Device with printing module comprises tag receiver, memory device and controller to compare data on operator contained in safety card tag with data on operators contained in memory unit to control components intended for printing data on bankroll. Method to operated above described system consists in that said tag receiver receives data on operator to be compared in safety card tag with the data on operators permitted to perform printing-strapping so that to control authorities for strapping device operation.
