A Pr-containing monocrystal based on fluorides, specifically a Pr-containing oxide monocrystal of the garnet type, a Pr-containing oxide monocrystal of the perovskite type and a Pr-containing monocrystal of the silicate oxide type, as well as a Pr-containing rare-earth metal oxide monocrystal are proposed.

EFFECT: scintillation monocrystals have high density, high level of optical emission, short mean life and low cost of production.
