FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical dentistry and can be used in treating radicular cysts extended in nasal cavity and maxillary sinus, and simple and effective treatment of radicular cysts extended in maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. That is ensured by cutting out a flap from a vestibular side of the alveolar process. A cyst coating is partially removed to be laid into a place of the cut out flap with applying catgut suturing. The cut out flap represents a mucoperiosteal-bone flap. Then the rest of the cyst coating united with maxillary sinus mucosa is removed by rollerball electrode coagulation in a pulse "coagulation" mode with output power 60-70 Wt and exposition 1 second. Then a loop-like electrode is used to remove the residue epithelium from the tops of teeth roots and projecting rests of the cyst coating in the cyst cavity to be filled with osteoinductive agents after being washed with antiseptic solutions.
EFFECT: method allows reducing rehabilitation time and provides prevention of possible complications in the patients.
