SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medicine, namely - to surgical dentistry and is meant for the treatment of radicular and follicular cysts that penetrate the maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. Cut a connective tissue flap consisting of the mucoperiosteal and bone tissue from the vestibular side of the alveola bone. The bone part of the periosteal graft shall be cut by piezoelectric scalpel with simultaneous flapping of the cyst envelope from the bone part. The connective tissue flap cutting, cutting away the separated cyt envelope and coagulation of the remaining cyst envelope shall be performed by the diode laser with the optical-glass fiber diameter of 500-600 µm, power 4-6 W, wavelength 0.97-1.56 µm and exposure 1-3 seconds in the pulse mode. The cavity shall be filled with Kollapan-M. The connective tissue flap shall be put to its place and stitches shall be applied. Levomekol applications, pain-killers according to the treatment scheme, cold and antiseptic baths shall be applied.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid complications during the intervention and in the postoperative period by excluding the risk of maxillary sinus and nasal cavity injuries and burning.
