FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmosurgery and can be used in intraocular vision corrections in congenital ectopic crystalline lens, e.g. in Marfan's syndrome, in significant crystalline lens displacement relative to the visual axis of an eye. In the event that an equator of the displaced crystalline lens does not reach less than 3 mm to an optical axis of the eye within the crystalline lens displacement, the contents of a capsular sac is removed through a microapproach and capsulorexis performed concentrically to a cross point of the optical axis and an anterior capsule of the crystalline lens. A foldable Acrysof lens is implanted at first into an anterior chamber to be unfolded therein, and then in the capsular sac with directing the lens with its longitudinal axis along the crystalline lens displacement vector. Capsulorexis represents an ellipse with its greater axis perpendicular to said crystalline lens displacement vector and is equal to 4 mm. After introducing one reference element and partially optics in the sac, said Acrysof lens is fixed in the sac by pinching the optical part in capsulorexis along the lens diametre, and the second reference element is brought behind the iris.

EFFECT: method provides intraocular vision correction in significant crystalline lens displacement the displaced crystalline lens does not reach less than 3 mm to an optical axis, enables a stable central position of the IOL and hence high visual acuity.
