FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of trona dressing includes supply of inlet flow containing trona, trona grinding, trona drying, separation of dried trona into the first fraction and the second fraction. The first fraction has nominal size of screen opening for particles, which is larger than nominal size of screen opening for particles of the second fraction. The first fraction of trona is introduced into at least one magnetic separator for removal of magnetic admixtures and creation of enriched trona product. The second fraction of trona is combined with enriched product of trona. Material is introduced into one magnetic separator for removal of magnetic admixtures. Magnetic separator comprises at least two serial stages. Each stage comprises conveyor system that contains the first edge, the second edge and conveyor belt. Stage also comprises magnetic roll arranged on the second edge of conveyor system, divider arranged next to the second edge of conveyor system, for separation of fractions of magnetic admixtures from trona with the purpose of enriched fraction creation. Dressed fraction from the first stage is introduced into the second stage. At least one conveyor belt is deionised; and dust particles suspended in air are removed from area that surrounds at least one conveyor belt.
EFFECT: improved efficiency.
