SUBSTANCE: method involves high performance liquid chromatography, UV spectrophotometric detection and quantitative determination using a calibration curve. Centrifuging is also carried out. The eluent used is a mixture of acetonitrile 27.2%, acetic acid 2.6% and distilled water 70.2%. A pre-column is used for further purification of the analysed solution.

EFFECT: design of a method for efficient determination of resveratrol in objects of different nature, which provides high sensitivity and selectivity of determination along with cutting on duration of analysis and selection of universal analysis conditions.
