SUBSTANCE: signal perception device includes a pixel including signal bus columns, reading circuit, output bus and inference machine, and reading circuit includes the first storage module, the first opening/closing module, the second storage module, transfer module and the second opening/closing module. Capacity of the first storage module is less than capacity of the second storage module, and the signal fixed by means of the second storage module is read to inference machine on the basis of capacity of the second storage module and capacity of output bus.
EFFECT: reducing power consumption when reading the signal of pixels at high speed.
