Further, the switch-on pulse is transmitted to the reset component in order to reset the signal charge transferred to the amplifier The switch-on pulse is then transmitted to the first transfer component and the second transfer component in order to transfer the signal change accumulated in the photoelectric conversion component to the amplifier.

EFFECT: obtaining an image signal through complete use of signal charges, the value of which is increased by the charge accumulation component lying separately without limitation through the dynamic range of the reading circuit lying in the next cascade.
