FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as device for amplification of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microchips of various functional purpose (for instance, in solving amplifiers (OA) with low values of zero shift voltage UCM under conditions of radiation or temperature). OA comprises input differential cascade (DC) (1), having the first (2) and second (3) current leads, p-n transition of active load (4) joined with bases of the first (5) and second (6) output transistors (T), the third (7) output T, base of which is connected to the second (3) current lead of DC (1) and collector of the first (5) output T, and collector is connected to output of the first current mirror (8) and load circuit (9). Collector of the second (6) output T is connected to emitter of additional T (10), base of additional T (10) is connected to input of additional current mirror (11), collector is connected to input of the first (8) current mirror, and output of additional current mirror (11) is connected to the first (2) output of DC 1.
EFFECT: reduced zero shift voltage.
