FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of DC (1), buffer amplifier (BA) (5) with input transistor (T) (6) the base of which is connected to its input, the first (7) auxiliary T the base of which is connected to output of current mirror (4), the second (8) auxiliary T, and the first (9) current-stabilising bipole (CB). Collector of the first T (7) is connected to input of current mirror (4), emitter is connected to base of the second T (8), collector of the second T (8) is connected to output of current mirror (4), and emitter is connected to the first CB (9) and to input T (6) of BA (5); at that, emitter of input T (6) of BA (5) is connected to the second (10) additional CB, and conductivity type of input T (6) of BA (5) coincides with conductivity type of the second T (8).

EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its drift at temperature and radiation impacts.
