FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of input differential cascade (1), and output is connected to the base of input transistor (T) (5) of buffer amplifier (6), and the first (7) current-stabilising bipole (CB). To the scheme there introduced is the first (8) and the second (9) additional T, the base of the first T (8) is connected to the input of current mirror (4), collector is connected to power supply bus (10), emitter is connected to the second (3) current output of input differential cascade (1), and collector of the second T (9) is connected to the output of current mirror (4), emitter is connected to the first CB (7), and base is connected to emitter of input T (5) of buffer amplifier (6), as well as to the output of the device and to the second (11) additional CB.
EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature drift.
