SUBSTANCE: method is disclosed for generation of data unit comprising control information at a certain level of mobile communication device having hierarchical structure made of multiple levels. Method includes stages of insertion of control data unit containing control information into the first area of lower level data unit, if lower level has control information for transmission to receiving side, and insertion of at least one part of higher level data unit into the second area of lower level data unit, where the first area is separated for unit of control data prior to separation of the second area for at least one part of higher level data unit. Receiver and transmitter that realise the specified method are also described.
