SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. A vegetable-based oil, characterised by containing, as initial ingredients: butterfat substitute: laurin-type refined deodorised sunflower oil in natural and modified form, laurin-type refined deodorised palm oil in natural and modified form, laurin-type refined deodorised rapeseed oil in natural and modified form, E471 stabiliser, and E160a colouring, and additionally sugar, lecithin E322 antioxidant, a preservative, salt, food flavouring, vitamins A and E, and drinking water, at the following ratio of the initial ingredients, wt.%: butterfat substitute - 55.6 to 83.1: A) refined deodorised sunflower oil in natural and modified form - 30 to 45, B) refined deodorised palm oil in natural and modified form - 15 to 23, D) refined deodorised rapeseed oil in natural and modified form - 10 to 14,5, E) stabiliser (E471) - 0.5, E) colouring (E160a) - 0.1; sugar - 0.5; lecithin (E 322) antioxidant - 0.005; preservative (E200, E201, E203) - 0.005; salt - 0.5; natural food flavouring - 0.3; vitamin A - 0.0001; vitamin E - 0.0001; drinking water - 43.0898 to 15.5898.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility to reduce the content of fat, trans-isomeric fatty acids and cholesterol, to create a product enriched with vitamins A and E.
