FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of reception of the instant dry drink, corresponding heating of the dried up instant coffee at sufficient pressure therefore gas is compulsorily entered into internal spaces of the dried up coffee. The heat dried up instant coffee is cooled and pressure is dumped when the dried up instant coffee is received having internal spaces, filled with the compressed gas. Also the instant dry drink containing an instant coffee, having the internal spaces filled with compressed gas under pressure from nearby 20 pound/sq. inch (138 KPa) to nearby 3000 pound/sq. inch (20685 KPa) is offered, by means of dry instant coffee warming under pressure, sufficient for gas supply into the internal spaces of coffee, cooling heat dry instant coffee and pressure dump, with getting of the cooled coffee.
EFFECT: advantage of such product is foam on coffee surface that appears while diluting it.
