FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Open reposition is performed. Two parallel Kirschner's wires are passed through fragment and fracture line. In distal metaphysic of tibia, indenting 2-3 cm from fracture line, transversal channel through both cortical layers is formed. Metal tube is introduced into channel. Wire is introduced through tube and after crossing wire loop in form of digit 8, it is passed behind wires with following tightening of wire from both sides.

EFFECT: method insures fracture fusion, prevention of cutting of bone tissue with wire and disturbance of stability of fragments fixation.
