FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and ginecology, and deals with treatment of fetoplacental insufficiency (FPI). For this purpose in addition to traditional drug therapy, 10 ml of cytoflavin diluted in 200.0 ml of 0.9% solution of sodium chloride is introduced to pregnant women with FPI intravenously during 4 days. Introduction is performed drop-by drop at rate 2 ml per minute in terms of undiluted cytoflavin. During 3 following days cytoflavin is introduced in amount 5 ml per day in said mode.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of FPI treatment due to claimed mode of cytoflavin introduction with reduction of course dose and treatment duration without manifestation of side effects.
