SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the field of medicine and can be used for diagnostics of acidosis in different diseases, such as cardiovascular, endocrine, infectious, skin, etc. diseases. To execute method patient is questioned for anamnestic data and obtained from patient biomaterial is analysed. Namely, patient's nails are visually examined and peptide-bounded oxyproline (PBO) and lactic acid (LA) rates in blood serum are assessed. Acidosis is diagnosed when rate of PBO>1 mcg/ml, rate of LA> 4.47 mM/l and nail destruction process is present.
EFFECT: use of invention increases reliability of acidosis diagnostics.
