FIELD: glass industry; devices for production of the packages for bottles by blowing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention represents the device intended for the packages blowing, in particular, for bottles from the preliminary manufactured corresponding pills. The device for packages blowing, in particular, for bottles, from the preliminary manufactured corresponding pills by means of the gas and for the subsequent recuperation of this gas contains at least a means of feed in this device of the compressed gas at its first value of the pressure and at the second value of the pressure, the means of the pulling and the means of molding of the being manufactured package. This device contains also the mechanism for recuperation of the gas up to achievement of the preliminary determined third value of the pressure in the internal cavity of the given package and having at least one volume of the recuperation and one valve of the recuperation and the adjustment tool allowing to adjust operation of the control means. The method of blowing from the corresponding pill by a means of the compressed gas of the package in the mold and the recuperation of the blowing gas contains at least the following stages. Preliminary blowing with usage of the first value of the gas pressure in the internal cavity of the pill and the blowing itself with usage of the second value of the gas pressure in the internal cavity of the pill for production of the final package. The method in addition contains the following stages. The recuperation of the gas at the second value of the pressure in the recuperation volume up to production of the third beforehand determined value of the pressure in the internal cavity of the package. The recuperated gas expansion till the value of the recuperation pressure. Expansion of the gas remained in the internal cavity of the package during the process and after realization of the stage of the recuperation, up to the atmospheric air pressure and its return in the production cycle. The technical result, which is achieved at usage of the inventions, consists, that the devices of the blowing packages and recuperation of the compressed gas are distinguished by the simplicity of operation and the ease of adjustment.
EFFECT: the inventions ensure the simplicity of operation and the ease of adjustment of the devices for the packages blowing and recuperation of the compressed gas.
