FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: separator (1) has multitude of openings around its circumference. Openings receive rolling elements (3) used in hinge (4). Separator (1) is made out of hardened and tempered steel with martensite drawback; also it has in essence uniform plasticity along its whole cross section. Here is also disclosed the procedure of fabrication of above said separator (1). The procedure consists in preliminary fabrication of a solid case of the separator by form shaping, further multitude of openings are made in the case by means of removing particles of material. Successively, separator (1) is subject to through hardening; martensite structure is created and finally separator (1) is tempered. Also there is disclosed hinge (4) with external element (6), internal element (7) and above said rolling elements (3) and separator (1). The vehicle equipped with above described hinge (4) is also claimed.

EFFECT: increased resistance of hinges to static destruction notwithstanding considerable angles between axles of shafts connected with hinges, capable to transmit torque for long time.
