SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping, namely to devices for drying beebread, and can be used for drying other bulk agricultural products. The beebread drying unit contains a drying chamber located in a closed air duct, the inner cavity of which is isolated from the surrounding air by means of seals. The inner surface of the drying chamber has an infrared emitter. The bottom of the drying chamber is a grid having a radial-wave shape. In the upper part of the drying chamber there is a loading hole for loading/unloading the beebread closed by a conical mesh filter. On the side surface of the drying chamber there is a handle for removing. Also, on the side surface of the drying chamber, viewing windows are located opposite each other.

EFFECT: reduction of specific consumption of electricity for drying a unit of mass of beebread.
